This concert is made with solid Hawaiian koa and a touch of Pau Ferro. More of a traditional build for us here at TYDE but the clarity and warmth of this instrument is one not to pass up. Features include koa arm rest for comfort, side sound port & abalone rosette. This instrument also has a zero fret for low action at the nut and smooth playability all the way down the neck.

A baritone named after a large hardwood tree "Umbellularia californica" which is native to the Sierra Nevada foothills of California and the coastal forests from California up to Oregon. It is the sole species in the genus Umbellularia. Made with master grade myrtle and redwood from California and Oregon. We used the scraps from the back and top to make a beautiful mosaic rosette and headplate.
This instrument includes a side sound port, soft bevel for sound and comfort, gold frets, gold UPT tuners and a custom Amaritage case.
This instrument has a beautiful warm tone with great sustain from its chosen wood.
Don’t sleep on this one, shouldn’t be up on the site for long with stunning woods and playability!
